The Peninsula Center serves the population of disabled persons in Hampton, Virginia, and strives to provide them with independent living skills and services to help with every day life. We provide a variety of different services, including housing, counseling, advocacy, skill training, transition and more. We're here for those who need a little extra help in life.

We value and cherish every person that walks through our door and are determined to help them to the best of our ability. We work different organizations within our community, including housing managers, to help you get an apartment or house that is best suited to your specific needs.

Visit to the Virginia General Assembly
Peninsula Center for Independent Living will be sponsoring a trip to the Virginia General Assembly on January 31st for its consumers. Anyone interested in visiting the General Assembly and meeting with their representative contact your I.L. Advocate to register. There is no cost for the trip. The bus leaves at 7:30 am and returns by 5:30 pm. Breakfast will be provided as well as lunch. Register Now! Seats are limited. First come first serve. The registration deadline is January 19th.
