Insight Enterprises, Inc., Peninsula Center for Independent
Living (IEPCIL),
is a
private non-profit non-residential Agency established to provide
services
to
people with disabilities.
The
Centers Philosophy is that people with a disability should play
a major
role
in deciding their future. A coalition of professionals working
in the fields
of
education, Rehabilitation and community services can be
instrumental in effecting true independence for people with a
disability.
The
center is funded by federal, state and local Governments, fees
for services associated with some programs, and private
contributions.
The
center provides services to people with disabilities in the
cities of Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, Williamsburg, and
counties of James City, York, and Gloucester.
